My company has been using the Installed/Self-Hosted Trial, and want to move to a Hosted version. How can I transfer everything? I would like to transfer the users and projects, but if I can only get the projects, I'd be fine.
You should be able to import everything you have on to the hosted instance. Users included if it is not managed externally, like crowd or ldap.
You will have to raise a support request with Atlassian to import the data.
