Searching for Super Admin for Our Company

Hi there,

I am needing to discover who our super admin is for our international company. Nobody seems to know who the individual is as many people left the organization last year, including the known super admin. We need to retrieve something out of the trash. Is someone at Jira able to let us know who I can ask when it comes to super admin permissions? What happens if we don't have anyone left at the company who were the original "contacts" and therefore were superadmins?

Which items are you trying to receive from your trash? Spaces? - For that you would need the Jira admin which is a lower tier of the admin which you can have in your organization if you know who that is. Highest one is the organization (super admin) admin.

For users and their account recovery, you would need an organization admin.

We haven't been able to locate a super admin or admin right now. Hoping someone at Jira could provide me with a name but I cannot log a ticket as I am not admin.
