Red error box on Agile screens

Hi,

We recently did an upgrade from a very out-dated 4.3 Jira to 6.0.6 (via 5.x). When clicking on "Agile" the "Manage Boards" screen is shown with the following message in a red box at the bottom:

Please try refreshing the page, or contact your administrator / Atlassian Support if the problem continues.

Similar errors appear on the individual boards and board configuration screens.

The functionality doesn't appear to be affected but obviously we can't ask users to ignore the big red mesages on their screens.

Jira Agile version is 6.3.13.1

Thank you both for the quick replies. We actually tracked down the issue to a piece of javascript which had been put in the site banner prior to the upgrade and was knocking out the newer Jira JS APIs. Removed that code and everything started working as expected.
