I submitted JIRA tickets but i try to open the link cannot show me the page and ticket status.

Question

when i clip on the JIRA ticket, it show me HELP CONTER page " welcome to help center"

You will need to contact the people who granted you access to the micron Jira instance to get this resolved.

That type of redirection could be a permissions issue. You may have permission to create issues in the specified project, but you might not have permission to view the issue after creation.

You can also try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser application, or using a browser private window to confirm the redirection is not caused by cached browser data.
