Unlimited hierarchy is built-in to Portfolio 2.0 and above? No longer a Labs feature under "Live Plans"?

Erik Gobeil

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Plans comparison

I couldn't find a reference for when the "unlimited hierarchy" was formally released and no longer a Labs feature.

In which version of JIRA Portfolio (server) was the "unlimited hierarchy" available without having to rely on Labs?   Portfolio 2.0?

Regards,

Erik.

Hey Erik,

The unlimited hierarchy was officially a part of Portfolio for JIRA version 2.0. You can see this item on the release notes here:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolio/portfolio-for-jira-2-0-release-notes#PortfolioforJIRA2.0ReleaseNotes-v2.0-7thJune,2016

If you require guidance for using this feature you can check out the documentation here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAPortfolioServer/Configuring+hierarchy+levels

Please let me know if you need any help with this.

Cheers,
Rhys
