Can we find out who made changes to statuses?

I've been checking the audit log in Jira, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere that tracks who made changes to statuses, is there somewhere else I can find out?

To be clear, I'm asking about the global list of Status values that are available company wide to be used in workflows.

Specifically we're trying to find out who changed the name of a status.

It appears that there is currently no tracking of changes made to Status configuration information.

And what specific changes are you trying to track?

Addition of new statuses?

Deletion of existing Statuses?

Change of the name of a Status?

Change of the Category assigned to a Status?
