Automatically post templated child pages under a main page upon its publishing

I want to have a page created from a template to them trigger creation of child pages that are also templated so the user doesn't have to manually create the child pages each time. I am using the cloud version. I tried using publish page automation, but the parent field is not dynamic. Therefore, I can't place the child pages under the page that is being used a trigger whether upon publishing or upon the addition of a label.

You are correct the create page action does not support a dynamic value for the parent...or even allow a relative selection within the rule (e.g., add a child under the "current page").

A workaround for this is to create the child page and then update the parentId using the REST API and the Send Web Request action.  Please see this article describing the techniques and adjust them for your specific case to change the parent.
