Invitations sent after tremendous delay

Jonathan Marin

Recently, when trying to send invites on created repository from our Bitbucket, some of the invitations take a really long time before being sent. (up to  30+ minutes some times)
Is there any thing we can do to fix that as we use repositories to test candidates and need timed invitations for that.
Thank you.
Regards.
Jonathan Marin.

Hi @Jonathan Marin

We'll need to discuss this further with you via a formal support ticket, as the investigation will require you to share sensitive/personal information (such as user names/emails) that would not be appropriate to share on a public forum such as community.

You have a paid workspace, so you should be able to raise a support ticket from our support portal:

If you encounter issues raising a ticket, please let us know your timezone so we can raise one on your behalf with the team that operates within your region.

Cheers!
