Hi, Build pipelines seems to be stalling, what usually takes 60sec usually is stalling for unsually long time. OK it looks like it is back to normal today, some sort of temporary issue somewhere?

I did move to the latest

atlassian/default-image:5

But that did not chnage speed yesterday.

It looks like yesterday, Ubuntu had a degraded issue that I believe is related to the issue you see, which has since been resolved. You can check the status at their official status page
