掲題の通りですが、admin権限を持っているアカウントがadmin権限の委譲をせずにプロジェクトを離れてしまったため、ログインができなくなってしまいました。そのadmin権限のユーザーアカウントは生きているもののアカウントにログインしてたメンバーがすでにいないためログインができなくなっております。
その結果、既存のメンバーへのadmin権限の移譲ができなくなっています。
こういった場合に、admin権限の移譲は可能でしょうか

We cannot transfer permission between accounts without an admin request. I suggest trying to regain access to the previous admin email to access the Bitbucket workspace, then transferring the access to someone else.
