NPM install unauthorised in another repo

I created in repo 1 a SSH key in Pipeline > SSH Keys

In repo 2, witch is the dependency, i added the pub key from repo 1 in Security > Access Keys

But when i run the pipeline from repo 1 i get unaUthorised.
