not using our runners and pipelines are queing for over 10 minutes but status says no issues with pipelines
Same behaviour in our pipelines today

We encountered a temporary service degradation around the time that you raised/replied to this post which caused pipelines build queuing issues for our customers.
The issue should be resolved now - please let me know if you are continuing to encounter issues.
