We are on Jira Data Center. A Structure board was created. Is there a way to let user to set their own notification preference on Structure Memo updates? They could opt-in to get notification when structure memo is updated.
Hello @yms Structure doesn't have functionality for sending notifications. And since memos are local items created inside a structure, it's not possible to track the history of their changes. I'd recommend to restrict the access of users to the structure - for example, you can only give the View permission to users who are not supposed to edit anything there - to ensure that no one makes any unwanted changes.I hope this helps. Please reach out to us directly at our support portal if you have other questions about Structure.Best regards,StepanTempo (the Structure app vendor)
