pb with the CAPTCHA

Hello, Despite I enter the right id + password, I can no longer access to my Jira application. The following message is displayed: Sorry, your userid is required to answer a CAPTCHA question correctly. How can I solve this pb ? Do I have to ask to my administrator to do it ? Please give me a easy way to solve this pb explained with details. Thanks a lot
