When a user open a plan the user gets a white window

Question

Other user can open the plan and use ist, but if one user try to open the plan, he get a white window. He can open other plans in this project. He deletes the browser cache and we tries to open in private mode, but the same result 'white window with only the manu bar'!?

We use Jira Datacenter 10.3.7

Hi @Stark Jürgen

Do you have any error in the JIRA logs when this user try to load the plan ? Does the user have any error in the browser console ?
