It was working for us, using html in a field (description). till the lattest update of xporter we have a stupid icon within the text !! Helpdesk has no glue! Can someone help us?

Thats what i allready did, no meaningfull response!
Here on the community we can't alter apps or change how they work.
This is up to de developer/vendor, this is your only point to contact
There support should be able to address your point internally within the company to see if they have the same issue in a similar environment st their site.
I would keep pushing them.
Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself and we don't have access to your environment.
This community is an open public form.
So a community is not for asking the other users, if they have the same problem or issue? why do we have it than?
