Confluence-Jira Web Request Attachment

Hi, I'm wondering if its possible to attach a file from an issue on Jira to a page on confluence. I was thinking of using the web request action to send a request to the confluence API using something like

{

attachment: {{issue.attachment.content}}

}

in the custom data body. Would this even work? Is there an easier way of doing this?

Right now I have it so than whenever a worklog is created a PDF gets generated and attached to the issue. I need to then automate this PDF being uploaded to a confluence page.

Could you specify your whole use case in more details? What problem are you trying to solve?

What would be the trigger that should start your automation rule? Is there any special page you´d like to add the attachment? which attachment should be added? etc.

This helps the community to better understand your requirement and find a fitting solution.
