Rename button captions in On Demand version

How do I rename the captions in On Demand version? I have recently subscribed for an OnDemand version of JIRA and Confluence. I want to rename all captions from "Issues" to "Tickets". Ex:- Create issue to create ticket, Issue tracker to Ticket tracker, etc. Kindly help us in this regards.

You don't.

There are three approaches to re-wording Jira - translation, editing the current language, and an Atlassian plugin that does it in-place in the GUI. The first two require coding which you can't upload to OnDemand, and the plugin isn't available to OnDemand.
