After upgrading Jira Data Center from version 9.5.1 to 10.3.5, the REST API is only returning the first 100 results.
Attempts to retrieve results beyond that (e.g., using pagination from 100–200) return zero results, even though more data is expected.
This behavior was not observed in the previous version.
Looking for guidance on whether this is a known issue, a configuration change, or an API usage change in 10.3.5.
I have used below api but it shows empty results
