Active sprint view does not respond to a closed ticket detail view on the right side if shared

Hi there,

The product owner of the team I'm in has an issue with sharing the active sprint in Jira during conferences:
If she clicks on a ticket in the active sprint view and its detail view is opened on the right side and then she closes it after a time, the active sprint view does not respond to the closed detail view and stays as small as it has been before the detail view was closed. The space for the detail view simply turns white after the ticket detail view is closed.

Do you have an idea how to solve this issue?

Thank you for your quick reply.

I attached a screenshot of the white space in a Kanban board. A refresh of the page helps but the product owner asked me to take this issue to the Atlassian/ Jira-Community :)

Maybe it's a bug due to our old working equipment. But we were wondering if anybody else has experienced this view:
