Getting all issue type workflow transitions through Data Center API

Hello, I am trying to figure out the workflow diagram through the v2 Data Center Rest API so I will be able to transition issues correctly. I know there is a transitions API per issue, but I have a use case where I need to know all of the possible transitions in advance.

This is not an option, on the API. You can only get all transition ID's by looking at the worklfow in text mode.
