Shared pipeline is not triggered pipeline

I’m having difficulty importing a pipeline from another repository. I’ve checked it using the validator and it’s valid, but when I push to the development branch, no pipeline is triggered.

I need the pipeline to be triggered when I merge a pull request into the development branch, and the same goes for the production branch.

• pipeline settings both enable 
• my url share pipeline : https://bitbucket.org/projectname/shared-pipeline-config/src/main/
• my main repo url : https://bitbucket.org/projectname/devops-testing/src/development
• my shared repo is inside project1, with key P1
• my main repo is inside project2, with key BE
• im using dockerfile to build all my apps, im not using script like npm build or something like that
