Automation rules panel not loading for my account

Question

I'm experiencing an issue where the Automation > Rules panel does not load for me on any board, even though I am a Workspace Admin.

* I’ve tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, and cleared my cache.
* I’ve also tried accessing it from both the top bar and the board menu.
* My coworker, who is also a Workspace Admin on the same board, can access Automation without any issues.
* We are both on the Free plan.

How can I fix this?

Hello,

normally not but my coworker is using the exact same things as me because we have both the same laptop from work so there shouldn't be any differences.

I'd be glad to assist you with this issue. Are you using a VPN while accessing Trello? If that's the case, please deactivate it and try again. Additionally, consider accessing it through a different network, as this may help.
