Hello @nucreativa ,
Good day, Welcome to Atlassian Community!!
Atlassian previously announced updates to the Free plan through a blog post and email, including a 1GB limit on workspace storage. You can find more details below:
Please review: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Bitbucket-questions/Workspace-Error-1GB-Limit/qaq-p/3039094#:~:text=remote:%20This%20workspace%20is%20over%20the%201%20GB,or%20Premium%20plan%20to%20increase%20the%20size%20limit.
NOTE: If you want, we can request Atlassian to execute Garbage collection to get some space.

Workspaces on Free plan
As announced on the Bitbucket Cloud blog https://www.atlassian.com/blog/bitbucket/important-changes-coming-to-bitbucket-clouds-free-plan workspaces on a Free plan have a size limit of 1GB of total repository storage within the workspace.
Thank You,
Prachi
and welcome to the Community!
Checking internally, I can see none of the workspaces you have access to are currently over the 1GB size limit, so we assume you were able to delete/clean some additional repositories to free up space.
In case you are still facing any issues and need further assistance, please let us know.
Thank you, @nucreativa !
