Hi,

I try to upgrade from Free to Standard; I get clear Information, that I have two Users and 1.19GB Usage. The price shown is clearly $3.30/user/month. When I click Upgrade, I get the message it cost at least $16.50/month without Tax. I read all related pages, no explaination whty the price is much higher than the $6.60/month that I should.

This is at least misleading.

Anyone can tell me, how I pay what is advertised?

Same issue here. I use BitBucket as a secondary origin in order to keep a backup somewhere else. Happy to pay the quoted price of $3 per user/month due to being over the 1GB quota, but it jumps with no explanation to $16.50.

I plan to move to GitHub instead as they seem to have better pricing for small teams of < 5.

Bitbucket Cloud subscription has a flat rate of $16.50/month for 1 up to 5 users. Starting from 5 users, the prices scale based on the number of users.

Sounds real frustrating :/

In this situation I would suggest getting in contact with an Atlassian partner and purchasing the license through them. They should be able to offer you a 10-20% discount.
