How do I access the invoices for BitBucket and how to add a Billing admin user for BitBucket?

I need to access BitBucket invoices and also add a Billing Admin user for BitBucket charges and payments. How can I accomplish these?

This is not something that can be resolved in the community. You will need to contact the billing team by going to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and then selecting Billing, payments, and pricing from the dropdown menu.
