Can we close our workspace without a live admin?

Our organisation is closing down, and we are attempting to terminate our Atlassian products. The only one we have remaining is Bitbucket, which we are unable to terminate because the accounts of the Bitbucket admins have been removed. Is there a way to make one of our remaining users an admin?
