Is there any way to activate a rule which stablishes that we need one pull request with at least 2 reviewers to be able to commit?
This is not currently possible. However, we very much want some ways of allowing a more formalized code review process ourselves and are actively working on a set of features that would most likely cover what you are asking for.
I cannot give any ETAs, but rest assured that we are on the case.
To be able to merge is what you mean, I assume?
