Newly added user can't see the repositories

Question

Hi there,
We have setup a new team.
I have added few users earlier, which are able to access the repository and commit etc.
Now I have added a new user from my admin, the user got added. User got the email invite as well. He is able to login to my bitbucket workspace, but none of the repositories are visible to him.
we are blocked in assigning work to him please suggest what could be the reasons

I hope this thread is not closed, because I'm having the exact same issue. I invited the correct users, they were logged in with correct accounts, no member limit warnings for the invite but once they accept the invite and go through the OTP, they are re-directed to the repository but they keep getting a 404 error. I've checked with the repository settings, they are there, but they cannot access the repository no matter what we tried.

Could you check with the user if they're currently logged in with the correct Bitbucket Cloud account's email that you used to invite the user?
