Hi @Assem E

I believe the Handy Reminder from our Handy Macros for Confluence app could be a great solution for your needs. Handy Reminder allows you to set and customize reminders on Confluence pages and get notifications when you need them. It can be easily inserted inside tables and tasks.

You can seamlessly configure:

* Recipients of the notification
* Timing and frequency of the reminders
* Custom reminder messages

Explore Handy Reminder and many other useful macros included in the Handy Macros app with a free trial available on the Atlassian Marketplace.

Feel free to book a quick demo, I would be happy to showcase our app to you.

Best regards,
Dmitriy

I thought that you are using cloud based on picked "Deployment type".

If it is DC I'm afraid that this is not possible :/
