In the task view there is the label "Other issues". What field of a issue allows it to be in other categories.
I'm not sure if I am using the right term since I don't know where greenhopper gets that information from.
I believe that you are referring to the 'Other Issues' section while you are viewing the 'Outline Mode' in the 'Task Board' view. This section lists down all issues that do not have any subtask.
