Web link bookmarks/favorites widget in the view issue screen?

When we're looking at an issue, there are numerous widgets:

* Details
* Description
* Attachments
* Project Documents
* Issues in epic
* Activity
* People
* Dates
* Agile
* Packages
* etc.

Is there a way to add a widget that just lists URLs? I know I cna add to comments but they get burried.

I'm asking if it's possible to add a section. There might be 100s of comments with numerous links. It's annoying to look through all the comments for all the links. So if there was some widget that listed all the links mentioned in the comments, that would be useful.

If I'm understanding you correctly on Jira issue view there is a section called links Web links and there any linked content is listed.
