Rich filter controller “or/not” with Smart Filters

When using the rich filter controller gadget with fixed or dynamic filter options you can choose to filter multiple results by OR or NOT within the filter drop-down.

Example, you could filter by issue type Task, Story and select OR which filters everything else out or select NOT which filters Tasks and Stories out.

I am not seeing this for Smart Filters within the same controller. Is this option available?
