Seems you are accessing wrong url. The homepage and dashbora page will be
https://<yourDomain>:8080/secure/Dashboard.jspa

i don't think so because i already navigate through dashboard tab it self
and l knew that it happens with different mates

Code 500 is an internal server error. You definitely want to raise a support ticket for that kind of error.
