Inquiry About Viewing Past Payment History

Question

Dear Bitbucket Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I would like to check my past payment history for Bitbucket, but I am unable to find the relevant information. I have reviewed the "Manage payment methods" section on the Atlassian Support page,(below) but I do not see the Products or Billing tabs on my current page(below). As a result, I am unable to access my past payment records. Could you please advise me on how I can check my past payment history? Thank you for your support. Best regards, KyeJeongLee

Bitbucket Cloud invoices are not available in Atlassian Administration. They can be accessed via the following link by people who are listed as a Technical or Billing contact for the license:

* https://my.atlassian.com/billing/paidorders

I checked your workspace details in our system and I see that your email address is not listed as a Technical or Billing contact, so you won't be able to view invoices with your account.

Since you are and administrator of the workspace, I suggest creating a ticket with our billing and licensing team and ask the following:

* Ask the team to provide you with invoices for certain billing periods.

* Ask the team to add you as a Billing and Technical contact for the Bitbucket license, so that you can see and download invoices yourself in https://my.atlassian.com/billing/paidorders

You can create a ticket with the billing and licensing team via this link:

Please mention in the ticket details the URL of your workspace that is on a paid billing plan, so that the team can help you faster.
