Switch to standard plan

Question

Hi, I have a free plan and I would like to change to the standard plan, but I only want to migrate one user, not the five that I currently have on the standard plan. When I go to change to the standard plan, the price is $16.50 for five users and I want to pay $3.30 for a single user.

How do I change to a single user to pay $3.30?

Thank you very much.

Hi @Luis Antonio Peco Martínez ,

You can contact Atlassian support directly in https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/

Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm sorry that nothing can be done about this, as I was happy with this platform and only need one user, so the price of $16.50 is too much for me.
Before I have to leave the platform, do you have any offers that would be worth it for me to continue with Bitbucket?

Thanks again.

Best regards.

Hi @Luis Antonio Peco Martínez ,

Welcome to the community !!

Unfortunately you cannot change free to standard or Premium for only one user.

So if you need standard/ premium, you'll need to raise your product (confluence) level and it will become a standard/ premium for all users.
