Link broken from Pul request to Build plans where i tried to configure the webhooks where it doen't have utility to configure the webhooks at workspace level. It is avaible in repo level which is TDS task.

If we make it avaible at workspace level we can call them at the repo level.

Are you referring to the build links that are displayed on the right sidebar of a certain pull request?

If so, are you running builds with a third-party build system and does this system use our API to post build statuses?

Our API for posting a build status allows you to configure the build URL that will be displayed along with the status:

Does your build system have a built-in mechanism to do it and can you adjust the API call it runs?

If you are referring to something different, please provide some additional details on where exactly the issue occurs.

I'm not really sure how this relates to webhooks; however, workspace webhooks are available and they can only be created and managed via API.
