Customize the create Jira issue page in salesforce

Question

I am making use of 'Jira Cloud for salesforce' currently I need to make these fields mandatory in the 'Create Jira' page.

·         Shipsy Consignment Details SFSC

·         LMD Team - SFSC

Can you please help me on this.

hi @Nancy

You are totally right. Validator will set it only on create screen. Field configuration will set this for project.

Hi @Nancy

Are you jira admin? If yes you can make them required on Create transition in a workflow (validator) or via field configuration.
