Create report about budget spending

Our organisations want to see the budget allocatin progress during different months.   We have the orders with amount of money described. Management wants to see based on that information:

- how much is been allocated money to orders each month

- what is the allocation of budget each month (  January -1%, Feruary 12% ...December - 100%)

Can anyone advise what gadget would be suitable to present two dimensional graphs? Or what are the suggestion for the budget allocation use cases?

Out-of-the-box, none of the gadgets can really describe that. In the future, Atlassian will be releasing Focus a new product that is solely focused on the budget itself.
