How to add an article from confluencde to the portal?

Question

Jira Data Center!

Hello, I have a portal, I want clickable articles on it, how to fix any problems, how to implement this in Jira Data Center? So that you don’t have to use the search bar and look for some article, but so that they are all available at once

Hi Andrey - You will not be able to do the search directly without some type of app in front of it. I don't think you will be able to do what you are trying to do. The direct link would be the route to go.

Hello! I have Confluence connected with articles, I want the user to immediately see the articles, perhaps in a separate tab on the portal, I don’t want to use a direct link to Confluence, because it will not look beautiful and not convenient, and I also don’t want him he searched for the required article through the search, since he does not know what articles are there at all, what he needs to enter, and so on. Can this be implemented somehow beautifully?

Hi @Andrey Ivanov ,

Do you have a knowledge base space with all the articles in it ?

This is how we have configured it in our organization , we have the knowledge space linked to the  our JSM project, therefore when someone raises a request, he/she is prompted with the article suggestions based on labels.

or

Do do you want to embed the direct link of the knowledge base articles with name on the portal ?

Regards,

Harshit
