Reporter can't make any change

Question

Hi,

I have 2 question

Question 1:- Is there any way reporter of the ticket can't be able to make any change in the issue after created.

Question 2:- After ticket status is changed to approved "HR Approver team" group can't be able to make the change in the ticket.

I am using this in 9.12 version.

Hi,

If we are not adding the (") in jira.issue.editable this propertied so we can't able to create the workflow properties. Already tried in the transition as well as in the status.
