We are encountering a persistent issue with the Confluence API endpoint /wiki/api/v2/footer-comments/{FOOTER_COMMENT.id}/versions. For a specific FOOTER_COMMENT.id, the endpoint returns a 500 Internal Server Error.
Here are the details:
- The error occurs consistently for this particular ID.
- Adjusting the
limit parameter to 1 allows us to retrieve the first page, along with a next-page link. However, accessing the subsequent page results in the same error.
We have attempted various troubleshooting steps but have not been able to resolve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems or have suggestions on how to resolve this?
