Hello Ashok,

make reporter as watcher for the issue using automation and configure the notification scheme by selecting watcher and Assignee.

Go to Project - >Project Settings -> Notifications-> Internal Notification.

Here find: Someone made a comment and add: Current Assignee and Reporter.
