Low performance on Jira AKS MultiNode

Question

We have implemented our Jira environment but our users are experiencing very low performance on most of actions (create issue, transitioning, etc).

Let me share with you or infraestructure details:

* AKS Cluster - Standard_D48as_v5

* Local-home - Azure UltraDisk 100Gb , 30000 IOPS, 7500 Througput

* Shared-home - Azure Premium FileShare NFS

* jiradb - Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server - Standard_D16ds_v5 PremiumSSD P20 2300 IOPS

* eazybi / elements connect - Azure MySQL Flexible Server - Standard_D4ads_v5 (Autoescaled)

We can't find where is the bottleneck.. at resource level we don't see any blocks in JVM, CPU, memory in any of the above items. Do you have any idea on where we can start looking or how to improve the response time?

thank you for your fast response! How can we diagnose if the problems are related to network?

I mean, it can be a problem between nodes if they are all hosted in the same Kubernetes Cluster?

This should relate to the setup of you connections to all servers, internal network would be the most obvious place to start.

Are connections slow between servers.

Also check the jira-sizing-guide and related documentation stated in referrence links in the document.
