How to make a paragraph in project's "Language Support"

Hello community! I currently have the challenge of setting a service desk wide announcement. We are using german as a main language, but we also have some english projects where we need to set up a translation. The german announcement, which i can directly set up in the customer portal view (...customer/portals?customize=true) is as follows: Dear customers, [information]. [more information]. Thank you. But when i set up the announcement translation for the english projects (...servicedesk/admin/[projectkey]/language-support/en_UK) it is only shown in one line and i can not make paragraphs, so the announcement looks like this: Dear customers,[information].[more information].Thank you. I have also tried using
to add paragraphs but it didn't work. (e.g. "Dear customers,
[information]. ...) Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks in advance Lukas

Hi @Lukas Zangerle welcome to the community!  I did a quick search on Atlassian's Jira site and came across JSDCLOUD-14576 which sounds like the issue you are having. It was created in July

I would recommend voting for and watching it for future updates

There is a workaround in that ticket that you could try by using backslashes in your message.
