End of the Atlassian license and Jira community for 2025. Really?

Good evening community,

a salesperson has given us information about the end of the Atlassian license and Jira Community  for 2025.

Is this true or not?

We use Jira Service Management Data center version.

It depends on your specific version. According to the EoL page here https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-end-of-life-policy-201851003.html JSM data center versions through 5.12 will all be end of life in 2025.

Version 10.2 is not end of life until 2026-11-20 however so you may just need to upgrade.

Other vendors will list separate end of life and end of support dates but I only see EoL listed by Atlassian.
