Slow Performance Trying to Diagnose it

We are having problems with performance in Jira, we have these slowdowns when people are doing our sprint ceremonies. How can we fix this?

utilization 6CPUS

We have slowness at 250% utilization. At this point we have slowdowns and have to reboot at 400-500%.

Our version of Jira is V8.20.12 we are running the Jira server on

Java Version 1.8.0_151

Doesn’t seem to be a storage problem after looking at our data.

Check the logs when the sprint ceremonies are happening.

They should provide some information
