Why does status is not populating automatically set to "Approved"

After IT Capex Budget shifts or IT Capex Approvals , the linked root Annual Budget that is in "Creation" status should be automatically set to "Approved". This is not working correctly in jira dC

Hello, Good day. Have you created an automation rule to edit the linked issues status ?. If yes what is the error on automation logs ?
