‘Applications’ tab hidden under the + sign

Since this morning, the ‘Applications’ tab has been hidden under the + sign, and it is impossible to add this tab to the navigation, unlike the other tabs. As a result, it is impossible to access installed applications. See captures.

Do you have any ideas for resolving this situation?
