How to trigger Github Action/Workflow on TestRay(SynapesRT) Cycle Execution, Without external tool.

We are trying to automate our test runs, and We want to Jira/ TestRay to trigger Github Action which executes actual tests like integration, unit tests and then results of those tests run should update the status and metrices in TestRay's Test Cases defined. 

In this we don't want to use any other tool like Jenkins or Bamboo.

With this offering you can send and or receive webhooks meaning that you can trigger something from Jira and or from another system to Jira.
